Upon completing these short courses, participants will receive a Certification of Participation issued by My Group International and awarded by UTMSPACE. My Group International (MGI) has been an accredited training provider for HRDCorp (formerly HRDF) since its inception in 2011. Over the years, MGI has built a reputation for delivering high-quality adventure and corporate team-building programmes for renowned companies like Proton and Maybank, among others. In recent years, MGI has focused on upskill training through the Penjana HRDF Initiative Programme, in partnership with the government. In the GIG category, we provide courses in Digital Marketing, while in the SME Development category, we offer training in Customer Management and Business Financial Management. Through the PENJANA PERKESO Training Programme, we offer a wide range of both technical and soft skills courses tailored to industries such as IT, Design, Accounting, and even emerging fields like Live Streaming. These courses equip participants with the relevant expertise required to meet industry demands, making them more competitive in the job market.

From July 2021 to July 2022, we successfully trained 193 individuals through the PENJANA Hiring Incentive 1.0 to 3.0.
